The complex contains resveratrol (from Japanese knotweed), 20:1 grape seed extract (70% polyphenols), 20:1 grape skin extract (45% polyphenols), 55:1 blueberry extract, 4:1 red wine extract, berberine HCl and quercetin, without an amount for each. Take the serving daily, preferably with a meal.
