Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant, and the detail worth checking on any label is the form rather than the IU figure. Natural vitamin E is written d-alpha-tocopherol and synthetic dl-alpha-tocopherol — one letter apart on the label, and not equivalent at the same IU.
