• User eligibility: The user must be over 18 years of age, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Prices and products: All prices are in Egyptian pounds and may change before the order is confirmed. We make an effort to provide accurate information, but unintentional errors may occur.
• Orders and payment: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason before shipping. We also reserve the right to refuse or modify any order if there is an error in pricing or product availability. Payment is made through secure methods.
• Shipping and delivery: We deliver to all parts of Egypt through trusted shipping companies within 1–3 days. Shipping costs EGP 90 on orders under EGP 5,000, and shipping is free on orders of EGP 5,000 or more.
• Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and unopened.
• Governing law: Any disputes are subject to Egyptian law and fall under the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
