Return Policy

At DR Vitamin, we always aim to provide a convenient and safe shopping experience, and we understand how important your satisfaction with the products you receive is. That is why we offer a flexible return policy under the following conditions:

Return conditions:

• We accept returns of products within 7 days of the date of receipt.

• Products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition, as received.

• The purchase invoice or proof of order must be kept in order to submit a return request.

In the following cases:

• If the error is on our side (such as sending a wrong or damaged product), the full amount is refunded without deducting any fees.

• If the product has been opened or used, the return is not accepted unless there is a clear defect in the product.

Refund process:

• After the returned product is received and inspected, the amount is refunded within 5 working days by the same payment method used, or by bank transfer as agreed by both parties.

Important notes:

• The return policy does not cover products damaged due to improper storage or use after receipt.

• We do not accept returns of personal or health products that have been opened, for the safety of our customers.
