Berberine with Ceylon cinnamon from Carlyle. Each vegetarian capsule provides 380 mg of a complex of berberine HCl (from barberry extract) and 10:1 Ceylon cinnamon extract (Cinnamomum verum, bark). The bottle holds 60 capsules.
