Bee propolis from NOW Foods as a 5:1 concentrated extract, at 300 mg per capsule, equivalent to 1,500 mg of propolis. Propolis is a mixture of resins that bees gather from tree buds, sap and plant sources and use to seal the gaps in a hive and hold it together.
