GTF Chromium from NOW Foods at 200 mcg per tablet, as the bioactive chromium nicotinate glycinate form from Albion™ minerals. This form is known as glucose tolerance factor (GTF) because it resembles the complex originally identified.

Suggested use:
- Take one tablet one to two times daily with food
