Curcumin phytosome from NOW Foods using the Meriva® preparation, at 500 mg per veg capsule: turmeric rhizome extract complexed with phosphatidylcholine and standardised to a minimum 18% curcuminoids, which is 90 mg. Curcumin’s properties depend on how much of it is available to the body, which is what the phytosome format addresses.
