Magnesium glycinate from NatureBell with fat-soluble vitamin C. Each vegetable capsule contains 500 mg of magnesium glycinate supplying 90 mg of elemental magnesium (21% of the Daily Value), with 20 mg of vitamin C as ascorbyl palmitate. The bottle holds 240 capsules.
