Suggested use:

Warnings:
- Anyone taking more than 50 mcg (2,000 IU) of vitamin D daily is advised to have their blood 25-hydroxy vitamin D level measured periodically.
- Vitamin D supplementation is not advised for anyone with elevated blood calcium.
