Product description:
Vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 from Sports Research, made entirely from plant sources. Each softgel provides 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 100 mcg of vitamin K2 as MK-7.
The D3 comes from lichen (VEGADELIGHT®), the K2 from chickpea, and the Plantgel™ shell is made from tapioca starch instead of gelatin. A serving is one softgel, and the bottle holds 60.

Coconut MCT oil, Plantgel™ shell (non-GMO modified tapioca starch, vegetable glycerin, purified water, turmeric for colour), and olive oil.
Suggested use:
- Adults: one softgel daily with food, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
