Mega D3 & MK-7 from NOW Foods combines 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 — 125 mcg of cholecalciferol from lanolin — with 180 mcg of vitamin K2 as MenaQ7® menaquinone-7.

Suggested use:
- Take 1 capsule daily with a meal containing fat.
Warnings:

- Also consult your physician if you use topical psoriasis medication or thiazide diuretics.
- Discontinue use two weeks before any surgery.
