How to choose

Daily multivitamin formulas, separated by dose schedule and target group rather than by quality. The practical differences are dose schedule and target group rather than quality: Life Extension One-Per-Day and Two-Per-Day differ in how the same daily intake is split, and the Centrum range is separated by men, women and 50+ because the iron and vitamin D content changes between them.

The whole Centrum range is on Centrum. If you would rather take individual nutrients at your own doses, start from Vitamins and Minerals instead.

Helpful guide Women's, men's, 50+ or kids' multivitamin: what actually differs

Common questions about this category

What differs between formulas for men, for women and for over-fifties?

The difference is the list of vitamins and minerals and their amounts as printed on the label, and each formula states on its pack who it is intended for. Some packs state explicitly that they are iron-free, while others list an iron compound in their ingredients — and the ingredient list on the product page is the reference, not the product name.

Which forms are available?

Tablets, capsules, gummies and liquids. The “Form” filter at the top of the category shows which of them are available right now.

How do I find the serving size?

From the facts table on the product page, not from the product name. The figures in the table are calculated on the serving size printed there, and comparing a figure from a one-tablet serving with a figure from a four-capsule serving compares two different bases.
