Omega-3 listed by EPA and DHA content rather than by total oil weight. This is the single most useful thing to check on a fish oil label: a standard 1000 mg softgel typically carries around 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA, so a concentrate delivering 500 mg or more per softgel is a materially different product at a similar capsule size.

Molecular distillation and contaminant testing are noted where the manufacturer states them.
