Ingredients:

Vitamin C (as lipid metabolite ascorbate).
Multi collagen complex: hydrolysed bovine hide collagen peptides, fermented eggshell membrane collagen, chicken bone broth protein concentrate and hydrolysed fish collagen peptides (haddock, cod and pollock).
Bacillus coagulans SNZ-1969 or IDCC1201, 2 billion CFU at the time of manufacture.

Suggested use:

Mix one scoop (10.1 g) with 250 ml of water or juice.
May be used once or twice daily as needed.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
