Vitamin B1+ from Dr. Berg — allithiamine with a food-sourced B-complex blend. Each capsule provides 50 mg of allithiamine, 100 mg of magnesium (24% of the Daily Value) and eight B vitamins, each at about a quarter of its Daily Value. The bottle holds 60 capsules.

Allithiamine is a different form from the thiamin listed on the panel (0.3 mg, 25% of the Daily Value). The B vitamins come from a blend of broccoli, carrot, spinach, sunflower seed and chlorella, and the magnesium is magnesium citrate.
