A B-complex from NOW Foods in a sustained-release form, designed to release over an extended period. One tablet is the serving, and the bottle holds 100 tablets.

Each tablet provides 100 mg each of thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid, with folate, vitamin B12, biotin, choline, inositol and PABA. The tablets are vegetarian and suitable for vegans.
