A serving of two vegetarian capsules provides 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 100 mcg of vitamin K2 (MK-7), with 100 mg of vitamin C, 125 mg of magnesium (citrate), 10 mg of zinc (gluconate) and 100 mg of the Vitality Balance Complex. The bottle holds 120 vegetarian capsules, 60 servings.

The Vitality Balance Complex contains alpha lipoic acid, grape seed extract, L-taurine and quercetin; the label does not give the amount of each. The capsules are vegetarian, with no gelatin.
